I specialize in a variety of mental health issues including, attention-deficient hyperactivity disorder, oppositional disorder, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, grief and loss, and transitional life issues. I work with parents and families of children with emotional and behavioral issues to integrate support strategies that improve the home environment for all. I offer an integrative, holistic approach to counseling that is tailored to your needs in a safe, non-judgmental environment. I primarily use CBT, person-centered, trauma focus, DBT and Gestalt interventions.
I work with children age 10 and older, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My passion is to help those suffering with issues that hold their life hostage to break free and live a fulfilling life. I also work with client’s on spiritual matters.
I am a national certified counselor (NCC), a pre-marital and marriage facilitator and a pastoral counselor. I earned a Master of Divinity from Columbia International University, where I concentrated in Pastoral Counseling and Spiritual Formation (PCSF), and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Webster University.
