Owner
As the founder and owner of Hope Is Love Counseling Services, I am dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families achieve emotional wellness and personal growth. I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC), Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor Candidate (LPC-SC), Premarital and Marriage Facilitator, and Pastoral Counselor.
I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, grief, ADHD, oppositional behaviors, and life transitions. My approach is integrative, holistic, and tailored to each client’s unique needs, providing a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment for healing. I utilize evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.
I work with children ages 10 and older, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My passion is helping individuals overcome the challenges that hinder their growth, discover their strengths, and live more fulfilling and meaningful lives. For clients who desire it, I also integrate faith and spiritual considerations into the counseling process.
I earned a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Counseling and Spiritual Formation from Columbia International University and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Webster University.
