Services Provided Hope Is Love Counseling provides mental health counseling services to individuals and couples, including but not limited to therapy sessions, consultations, and educational materials. 5. Payment and Insurance-Clients are responsible for payment of all fees at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We may accept insurance, and it is the client's responsibility to verify coverage. Any unpaid balances are the client’s responsibility.

6. Confidentiality- All client information is kept confidential in accordance with HIPAA and applicable state laws. Confidentiality may be broken only in situations required by law, such as threats of harm to self or others, abuse, or court orders.
